How to play:
Tap Quick Pick to auto generate a set of numbers. If you do not like the numbers, tap Quick pick again until you’re satisfied with your ticket numbers. Then Tap Buy Now to send it to your cart or you can add it to your favorites list to play for future games.
To fill out your own numbers just tap on the ticket! Proceed 1 thru 5 and then the power number.
To continue adding tickets to your cart, you tap buy now and then (X) to close the cart to add another ticket.
How to buy:
After you have prepared your order, tap the cart in the upper right hand corner. Fill out your information. Enter your payment information. Check your order one last time and tap “place order”.
Rules:
Must be 18 years of age to play.
In the USA only California Residents or those who are standing in California at the time the money is uploaded to the account can play.
If you live outside the USA you can play! You do not have to live in or be a citizen of the United States of America to play / Gambling must be legal from the country where you reside.

Fees and Processing:
Orders must be placed by 5:00 pm the day of the drawing or your order will be fulfilled for the next game that follows.
Orders that are partially fulfilled for your game will continue to fill for the next game until the order is complete.
You will receive your order via email prior to the game being played!
Each Lottery Ticket cost $2.00 USD
The Lotto Winners Club charges $0.50 per ticket for service fees
The transaction is processed by “Stripe” Global Payment Processing and they charge $0.50 for the transaction.
